Sima Hakimi B.A., J.D.

Sima is an associate lawyer practicing family law. She provide legal services regarding decision-making, parenting time, division of assets and assisting with litigation. She has experience drafting and conducting legal research. Sima has worked in high conflict cases where clients have experiences domestic violences. She approaches cases with compassion and effective representation.

Sima is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the County of Carleton Law Association.

Sima was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. She obtained her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Arts Specializing in Psychology and Life Sciences, completing her thesis focusing on relationship psychology and satisfaction. She has also pursued her Master’s in Business Administration with an interest in Marketing.

In her spare time, she’s an avid psychology podcast listener and plays volleyball as often as she can.
