Gerald Yemensky

Gerald Yemensky was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1986. Since that time, he has maintained a private practice in Ottawa in conjunction with the law firm Campbell Clark Yemensky. Gerald focuses primarily on family law arbitration, mediation and collaborative family law, and is past President of Collaborative Practice Ottawa.

Karla Policelli was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006. Karla focuses her practice on family law and has a great deal of experience dealing with matters such as child custody, access, child support, spousal support and property related issues. She has experience negotiating settlements, drafting domestic contracts, litigating, and with various forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Sima was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. Sima practices in Family Law; she provides legal services regarding decision-making, parenting time, division of assets and assistance with litigation, as well as high conflict cases.
