Gerald Yemensky
Retired
Gerald Yemensky was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1986. Since that time, he has maintained a private practice in Ottawa in conjunction with the law firm Campbell Clark Yemensky. Gerald focuses primarily on family law arbitration, mediation and collaborative family law, and is past President of Collaborative Practice Ottawa.

Alison Campbell began practicing law in Ottawa when she was called to the bar in 1998. Alison practices family law and has considerable experience in addressing custody, access, support and property issues. She has experience in litigation, mediation, arbitration, parenting coordination, and various forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Karla Policelli was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006. Karla focuses her practice on family law and has a great deal of experience dealing with matters such as child custody, access, child support, spousal support and property related issues. She has experience negotiating settlements, drafting domestic contracts, litigating, and with various forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Shreshtha Garg
Shreshtha is a dually qualified internationally trained lawyer, licensed to practice law in both Ontario and India. Shreshtha was called to the Bar in India in 2018, and after immigrating to Canada, she obtained her Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation in 2021 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023.
Her approach to solving family law is both empathetic and collaborative. She understands the complexities of modern-day parenting and the financial challenges that accompany separation. Her goal is to work with her clients to create solutions, ensuring their voices are heard throughout the process.
