Shreshtha is a dually qualified internationally trained lawyer, licensed to practice law in both Ontario and India. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Social Science and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from one of India’s prestigious law schools. Called to the Bar in India in 2018, she specialized in military law with a prominent firm and dedicated herself to community legal aid work.

After immigrating to Canada, she obtained her Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation in 2021 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. Her passion for family law developed while working with notable family law firms in Ottawa, where she gained expertise in foreign divorces, matrimonial issues, and international law litigation.

Her approach to solving family law is both empathetic and collaborative. She understands the complexities of modern-day parenting and the financial challenges that accompany separation. Her goal is to work with her clients to create solutions, ensuring their voices are heard throughout the process.

She is a community service enthusiast and has also volunteered with the Moot Court Society as the Lead Chair. She has also raised awareness in isolated parts of India through her law school’s Community Legal Clinic.

Outside of her legal practice, she loves exploring new cultures, hiking, and spending time with her family.
