Our Firm

CCY Family Lawyers, Associates in the Practice of Law, has evolved from the private practice of Gerald Yemensky, founded in 1986. The firm focuses on providing legal services important to families. In the separation and family law sphere, the firm focus on mediation, collaborative family law, arbitration as well as traditional Ontario Superior Court litigation and coaching for self-represented litigants. We offer comprehensive legal services for residential real estate, Wills and estates and small, private corporations.
