Victoria Kayal B.A., J.D.

Victoria was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. She obtained her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa; her legal studies focused on issues of access to justice and she obtained an Option in Social Justice. Victoria also graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies and Environmental Sustainability.

Victoria practices in Family Law; she has experience addressing issues of custody, access, child and spousal support, and division of property. Victoria also has experience in high conflict cases and working with clients who are survivors of violence. This experience has enhanced her ability to be empathetic and patient while also delivering competent and timely legal services.

In her spare time, Victoria enjoys swimming, pottery and travelling with her (many) cousins.
