Family law is a very complex area. The time required to acquire settlement and cost is directly related to the degree of complexity and/or conflict. We will have a much better ability to provide you with an estimate of costs and timing once we have met and can gauge the work that must be done.

We can conduct an initial consultation that will provide you with an assessment and opinion relating to your situation with an estimate of the costs. Our fees for an initial consultation are $185.00 including all taxes and HST.

We would ask you to complete a questionnaire prior to our meeting that will provide us with your background information. If you wish us to review any documents, we would ask that you provide these to our office at least two business days before our meeting. The questionnaire can be found for download here.
